Love for the game... That's all that he plays for now. Plus I'm sure his little brother winning another SB has a little fire lit underneath him. Especially when you're widely considered to be a better QB than him.

Like Michael Jordan said... "You win one title. You got lucky. You win the 2nd now we're talking."

It's Official!!!:yess:

Looks like Manning will be wearing his traditional #18 for the Broncos. I know they had to un-retire the #18 for him.

The last I heard was 5 years at $95 million but I don't know if that was the final number.

Looks like the deal is done. 96 mil' instead of 95 mil'. Well now Tebow is on the block. Going sit back and enjoy this right here...:D

Let get him out of town ASAP!

Damn! That's serious dough.

We'll find out if it was worth it. :horror

And another 96,000,000 reasons.....

I remember when we won the title in '97. 21 yrs. old then I shed a few tears of joy. being a Broncos fans from the age of 11 yrs. old. Watching those god awful SB loses. Now almost 36 yrs. old. and almost 15 year removed from our last SB win. I'm hoping for those feeling of yester years past. I know if we win it again under Manning I'll shed a few more tears of joy. Because I love my Broncos with all my heart! Even during the bad years and there's been plenty of those over the last 15 years. So, Manning I'm putting all my faith in you my good man to hit me in the tear duct one more time.

Give me a reason to have another 6" custom SB team set made up again!

Go Broncos!

I wonder, did he say that before he won championships, or after? ;)

There's no luck in winning a national championship IMO, though winning multiples is a mark of truer greatness. I do think that Peyton has a chip on his shoulder for being so highly touted by everyone, yet only having one championship to his name. Unless he wins 2-3 more, despite his regular season awesomeness, he won't be considered "the greatest" by many.

He is greatest QB every, regular season QB.:lol

In all honesty how do you see the Broncos faring next season based on how the team is currently constituted?

I would say at best 10-6, more likely closer to 8-8 based on their schedule.

I'd say 9-7. The afc west is a bit of a mess IMO. KC's D should be fairly good but who knows about the O, SD I think is just the opposite, and then with Oakland they're like a box of chocolates. Any of them could win the division.

I'd say 10-6 as presently situated. But if they get Dallas Clark and a few others then I think they have a chance at 11 or 12 wins.

I would expect the Broncos to now focus on getting an RB in the draft. Would love to see them trade their first and second picks to move up and get one of the better RBs.

If McGehee is your 2nd RB rather than your 1st then that will be a huge improvement. Drop Knowsho Moreno.

The better offense will mean the defense will be off the field, which should help as the D got worn down by the end of the year.

Kicking game is as good as any out there.

I don't even think they a major favorite for the division this year.

SD had some key injuries and Rivers had a horrible season. But they also showed how good they can be, they are just a major head case and who know if they want to play or not.

Oak looked good early then lost QB then was bad, the Palmer started to look better by end of year. He will have full off season this year and I expect them to be better.

KC was killed by injuries and still just barely had a losing season. They have to be better then last year.

Den probably got the hardest schedule of all them. They have NE and Hou. SD got second with NYJ and Tenn. KC and Oak is a toss up KC got IND and Buf, Oak got Miami and Jac. Oakland could easily get 2 games up on the rest with those non common games.

.

Every team has good kicking game in Denver.

I think with the way the team is now 10 wins sounds like something that's attainable for this team. But I wouldn't be shocked if they were to win 12 games either.

Are people just saying 10 wins or have you even looked at schedule?

Ok they sweep the division (very unlikely) thats 6 wins. Ill give them wins at home over CLE and TB. On the road they would have to beat 2 of the following BAL, CIN, NE, ATL, and CAR. Ok its easy to say they beat CIN and CAR but I don't think either will easy wins. So even if they win those but they lose one divison game pick one of those other teams ( I am not) or beat PIT , HOU or NO at home. (I am not picking them their either).

This this years AFC west schedule 10 wins could be really tough I think the winner will be 9-7 (and I have no idea who it will be)

I think they'll win at least 4 of the 6 divisional games. Home vs CLE and TB. So thats 6. Carolina will be a win, Atlanta is a win. Thats 8. Then probably Cin and Pittsburgh.

Losses to NE, HOU, NO and BAL.

You've only predicted 1 less win than the most of us. So, pretty much we're all in the same boat with our predictions. Anything can happen in that 1 game.
