Steelers first game of the year. We got Manning now so I'm not to worried about it anymore.
The first national Sunday night game is Pittsburgh at Denver.
This for week 1, and the Jets week 2. Good match ups to start off the Steelers' season! Not that finishing 12-4 is bad, but being swept by their bitter rivals and the way they finished their season, plus that play off debacle, this is almost as good as facing the Ravens to start off. Both of the teams in this match up have a lot to prove, even for a week 1 game. Just sucks I have to wait for the prime time slot!
The Steelers new bumble bee uniforms may keel Payton first.
Man, Stevie Wonder is suing the Rooneys for those things hurting HIS eyes!

The best part is Espn is treating this like breaking news...like we were all clueless.

It works for them, though. Because you know that there are fans of teams who are so desparate for news that they will have their TVs tuned to NFL Network or ESPN 24/7. And they will be up with bloodshot eyes until they simply pass out watching the sports news...over and over and over.....

I'm sure it does. It drives their ratings. I remember the breathless Favre coverage when he was with the Vikings.
Favre could have scratched a pimple off his ass and Espn's Ed Werder was there to put a band-aid on it.
