I really like the new Jets look, curious to see how the jerseys turn out.

A nice tribute to our RCAF.

Now they just need to bring back the Nordiques and the Whalers. I think I hate just about everything that happened in sports in the 90's. None of my teams won a championship and the Yankees and Cowboys both won multiple titles. But I digress...

It's so weird now watching footage of games played before the 90's and seeing the boards all white without advertising all over the place.

The loss of Wade Belak hit me the most, i really liked this guy both on and off the ice, was great to his fans and the city of Toronto, he could actually play hockey unlike lots of other tough guys in the league.

Apparently Wade hung himself but, i'm not sure if that is a confirmed fact.

Forget Crosby... he's an after thought with the news of late. Atleast we can bash or defend him. He has a life.

Sidney Crosby is very physical. Do not kid yourself. After Eric Lindros got his major concussion from Scott Stevens he played safe and outside along the perimeter because he knew by playing in the high traffic areas he was good as done. His game changed to a more safe, and thus less physical one as a result. Lost a lot of production playing on the perimeter. If you followed hockey around that time you would know that there are definitely flaws to your argument. Pre-concussion Lindros was a monster. That I agree with.

Crosby takes on a lot abuse and is hard to beat off the puck with his solid lower body... it's solid muscle. That kid plays a different physical game.

So get off of it... he's the best hockey player in the world right now.

The point Valfar was making is that Sid the Kid has more class than Big E did, and if he didn't, well, he does.
