Kovalev and Gonchar were completely invisible tonight... Yeesh. And Spacek, goodness, he's turning into a liability out there. He doesn't seem in game shape.

Nice the see the Habs coming back from a 3-1 deficit to win 4-3.
I have to admit, if Price continues to shine, there are going to be lots of peeps, including myself, who'll owe him an apology or two.

It's only 4 games, but wow, have the Leafs been surprisingly good.

And funny to see Brent Johnson as the acting starter in Pittsburgh. 3 straight starts. You suck MA Fleury.

As a sorry Leaf's fan, you should know better than anyone that hockey is very much a "what have you done for me lately?" type of sport. Otherwise, you wouldn't be hearing all these Leaf fans thinking the cup is theirs. Oh, and when was the last time they won a cup? 44 years ago? Has any other team consistently held as long standing a tradition of losing so miserably?

So how did Jordan Caron look?

The kid is looking great so far. Last night he was agressive and wasn't afraid of going into the dirty areas of the ice which led to his goal. He's been pretty decent on the PK as well. He probably deserves a spot, but it'll be hard once Savard comes back and Seguin is moved back to the wing.

Overall a great team effort last night. Even Thomas looked really good. I suppose throwing Timmy out there while he's hot is fine, it can only increase his trade value.

Not that many peeps know about him.

Unfortunately, relatively young players plagued with injuries, who play on teams without much of a following or history, and don't make an appearance in the All Star game generally remain unknown (and unappreciated) by average hockey fans. Most fans tend to only closely follow their favorite team, which is a shame. I'd love to have this guy on my team. Too bad we couldn't get him in the Laterndresse trade. I would have thrown in Sergei Kotsysyn and a 2nd round draft pick too.

I do hate the NHL but I love fantasy hockey and I am great at it, so I am sticking around. Like I said, I love hockey. Never said I hated the players in the NHL. Hate their contracts and may not agree with some of their choices, but for the most part I love em'.

Moving along from Mr. Smart Ass' comments... Mark Letestu has been amazing! We need scoring depth and while Staal may eat in his minutes upon his return, I believe they should keep Letestu on the PP. Guy has 2 PPGs and scored with a huge Pronger draped over him and on his stomach... the kid is the real deal. A Voros he is not. Our PP sucked last season, so lets not squash this kid's potential if he's a PP rockin' machine!

Fleury sucks for 3 games and has a okay reg season last year despite playing amazing hockey in 07/08 and coming up strong when we needed him to win our Cup, and yes he was in goal for all 16 wins that year. So shush your mouth. I hate when fans are in the, "what have you done for me now" opinion. Seriously... this calls for a emoticon.
