What could the Leafs possibly have to offer for St Louis?

Marty St. Louis is going no where. No way Tampa trades him. He's one of the cog pieces that run the big mean machine there.

you guys misunderstood me. i wasn't saying Marty St. Louis is going to the leafs. i was saying that Marty St. Louis is faaaaaaar greater than the entire leafs team cuz he kicks ass and scored 2 goals to help the lightning overcome a 3-1 deficit against toronto last night. >>>>> those are "greater than" signs. i was basically taking a jab at the Leafs. oh well.:dunno

Gonna be a good game tonight.

P's>B's :lecture

Depends which Bruins show up tonight. I'm sure they'll spot the Flyers 2 goals before they start trying.:ohbfrank:

Right now there's some discussion of Tyler Seguin leaving the team to play for Canada in the WJC. I'm not in love with this idea, and think the more experience he gets here is more valuable. It'll be interesting to see what Chiarelli decides.

Anyone notice the blonde behind the Flyers bench? Ummm I'll take two please!

looks like the real bruins showed up for the first period. wonder if this means the other bruins will play the rest of the game.

The lethargic ones seen last Friday and Sunday? Totally possible.

So what you're saying is they should trade the entire Leafs roster for St. Louis... That's ridiculous ... No. 1 that trade wouldn't go through and it would go against the Lightning's cap. Two, it gives Toronto even less depth than they have now. What do you expect them to ice? ECHL talent, because they are pretty much icing an AHL team out there. You sir are not making any sense.

Tim Thomas is the early favorite for the Vezina this year. Who wins Vezinas at his age after starting so late in their career? Okay, fast response says Dominik Hasek. But still, he's doing something that only one other guy I can name has. Even the Dominator didn't start winning his trophies this late into his career. Yes his last one came at 36, but he started winning them before Timmy's first.

The time left on his clock is depreciating fast and more-so with Tuukka Rask nipping at his heels.

thomas was insane last night. just insane. the way philly was shooting the puck i thought for sure they'd get at least 1 goal but he shut them down no problem.

It must be a thrill being a Devils fan these days.
Kovalchuk has only scored 2 goals in his last 16 games.
