it especially sucks cuz Thomas was on his game all night. at least from the parts i saw. i watched the Pens game instead, and just flipped over to this one during breaks.

Fleury let in 2 goals on 23 shots, helps the team in front of him scored 7...


Now they are beating teh teams they are supposed to beat. It will be nice to see them gets some wins against the tougher teams.

i won't praise Fleury's name til the playoffs. i never had a problem with Crosby. he is the best.

Fools! Fleury has a good save percentage considering. A lot of those guys are backups and done it in small samplings that are before him in that list.

Also he started the first 7 games at .855.. take away those 7 games and he'll be top 3 easily.

btw He's the hottest goalie in the NHL right now with a 10-0-1 record, 1.50 GAA, and I am guessing his save percentage is around .940 or higher in his past 11 starts.

But yeah, Crosby is the best player in the world.. no question.

Also, I don't remember the last time he let in 4 goals in a win... so don't use that 6 goals in return BS. He's been letting in 1 to 2 goals a game. 3 at the most. Even getting a shutout. This isn't his first 7-8 games where he won once and was allowing close to 4 goals in a game or the 1980's offensive heydays when Fuhr would win 40+ games and a Vezina on a 3.47 GAA and a team offence that averaged 5.64 goals per game.

I guess in the end it's funny how everyone can rag about his start, but when he plays well they don't give him the cred he deserves... guess his 30 save shutout or the game he backstopped 43 of 44 shots and made some brilliant showstopping saves was all Crosby's doing.

Just recognize the guy has been playing great hockey.

i don't hate Fleury. i'm just joking around to get you all worked up. i just took a few shots at him cuz i haven't followed hockey for a few years, so when i sat down and watched the first few Pens games this year and i saw him give up all these easy goals, i was like" WTF, this is our goaltender???" but i'd say he has improved since then so i can repsect him now. but he better not blow the Cup games in spring though. or i'll be Fleurious....i mean furious.
