Pens defense is so on and man Asham is an animal.

I love how the Pens defense cuts in and breaks up any offensive charge the Lightning have, and how they are beating them on one-on-one battles. We're playing a very strong and healthy Tampa Bay line up and we're w/o Kunitz (one game suspension) and our two big superstar centermen. This Pens team is insane.

No Crosby, Malkin, Jeffrey, Kunitz, and Cooke in the lineup and they still win. WOWIE WOW WOW WOW!

The Pens have the best team system in all of hockey right now. Don't believe me, then explain this?

I missed the winner. I had to work tonight and left right before the end of the 1st OT. By the time I got here Neal "finally" scored. Pens top 4 dmen have been fantastic. They are the key to the series. I hope they finish it up on Saturday.

Yeah their top 4 of Letang/Orpik and Martin/Michalek is boss. Niskanen and Lovejoy looked bad.

If you're James Neal you gotta love scoring that big game winner in the 2nd OT. Must be great getting that monkey off his back. Hopefully that is the first of many to come in this series.

Yup.

At this point I would consider scratching Niskanen in favor of Engelland. I would mind a more physical force on the backend to help get Malone and whomever else out of the crease. Engelland has a decent first pass and actually a nice quick, accurate shot from the point. The only downside is he may be more prone to take a penalty. There is + and - when considering swapping them out. I don't know.

St. Louis smoked Lovejoy on his goal. He's been there only constant force the entire series. Hopefully it will stay that way

St. Louis was all over the place. He was a one man wrecking crew. He is Tampa Bay's MVP for this series and I would even say for the entire season as well. Roloson has been good, I mean sure he lost the game and let in 3 goals in 5 periods of action, but yeah, 5 periods, and 53 shots faced. Guy is 41. Amazing! He's like Recchi and Selanne.

Great heart shown by the Caps from the 3rd period on, glad to be up 3-1 in the series.
