Yeah and the Caps are completely innocent. Alzner definitely wasn't a third man in on the Lucic-Hendricks scuffle. Ovechkin and his love tap at the end was called for too.

No, the problem is the players who go after guys heads. Backstrom has the B's go after his head over and over and over and get NOTHING and he throws one cross check at the end of the game after the B trips Ovi and of course Backstrom gets a match penalty. It's BS the way "refs" are calling these games ( not just this series ). It's inconsistent and players don't know what they can't and can't do...

Of course the old rule of "do it first and get away with it" still seems to apply.
