The Sharks are killing it

They always look good....until the playoffs. However, the Sharks are younger and faster this year. Maybe that'll make a difference in the run for the Cup. Maybe.

Pens destroyed the Flyers and the Canes beat the Leafs. Fleury and Ward got me wins. Ahhhh Love when your teams lose to my guys. It's so... exhilarating!

And Fleury has been outstanding so far this season. Oh why oh why do I always hear when he sucks, but never hear when he's doing good? Sometimes I wonder if people know the definition of fan.

Anyway, as much as I don't like the Leafs, I am okay with them doing good. We need more successful Canadian franchises on the ice. I would love to see the Stanley Cup come back to our side of the fence for once.

He was excellent in the Vancouver game today, stopping 36 of 39 shots. Perfect record in the shootout. 7-0-0, 1 SO, 1.84 GAA, .930 save percentage. Early in, I gotta say he's been looking very good. He deserves the props.

Yup. Unfortunately, the Leafs' apparent goal of trying for the highest shooting percentage in the league isn't helping. The lack of shots is getting ridiculous, and will need to be addressed and fixed, quickly. Tonight's twenty shots against a goalie I find highly overrated and suspect was especially discouraging.
