Cam Ward injured. James Neal injured, and as a a result Evgeni Malkin's production has been stunted by playing with lesser line mates. Getting zero production out of my Philadelphia, Buffalo, and Washington players due to the fact their teams are sucking. No, I don't own Alexander Ovechkin or else I would be okay.

Tyler Ennis = 11-1-0-1... Ugh!

Only saving grace is the fact Marc-Andre Fleury has started off the season with a bang!

looks like the young talent of colorado is matching the tenacity of roy as new head coach. should be a very interesting season. a 12-1 start but only 3 points in first. the entire league has gotten so competitive, it's almost playoff atmosphere from the beginning of the season. if you stumble out of the gate, you may not make the playoffs.

it still irks me that he killed his teammate drunk driving, took a plea deal, and didn't serve one day jail time. another celeb bucking the system and getting away with a crime. if it was you or i, we would have served at least a couple of years behind bars. no coincidence he was traded right afterward to a canadian team that got him out of the deep south before they changed their minds.

Congrats to Patrick and his success. He's my all time favorite goaltender so I'm happy for him. As for the league being super competitive? It's been that way for many years now. The Oilers (Kevin Lowe) didn't get the memo.

Yeah, that's a good call right there. Oilers tied for the worst point total in the league behind Buffalo. At least Buffalo has an excuse, trading away players for draft picks in a rebuilding process. No excuses for the Oilers.

Look at how many Top 5 draft picks they have accumulated over the years. Yikes!
