Bumblebee sure knows how to come out when it's convenient for him.... you're such a sh..it disturber. Had to get it over the censorship. So who are you cheering for bumbles?

P.S. I hope Blysma is fired. btw How happy are you that GMGM and Oates got the turf?

Pulling for the Habs.

I'm thrilled that Oates(I like him but not as coach) and GMGM are gone. I'd love to see AO shown the door but his contract and the butts he puts in seats won't allow that. Caps will NEVER win a cup with AO on the team, and the fact he is the captain and can't make the effort to play 2 way hockey is freaking pathetic.

Ovie is the best player you guys have had. Arguably one could say Scott Stevens was. Alas, I am a Ovie fan in terms of what he brings offensively. I think he needs to get his **** together though and not act like he's above everyone. I get the feeling he thinks he's above coaching staff and management, because he can score goals. Trading franchise players is not always a good idea, even if he's not the most ideal of franchise players.

Penguin fans suck. Lets trade James Neal.. NO! Fire Ray Shero. NO!

Fire Disco Dan Bylsma and try and move band-aid boy-with-the-ugly-contract Kris Letang.... YES PLEASE! Neal is too good of a finisher.... even if he failed to show up in these playoffs and took many stupid penalties. Under the right coach I think he can be disciplined. He's the jam to Evgeni Malkin's peanut butter and people forget, he's still only 26. Ugh. Just hate these dumb ideas. Shero as much as he has a hard-on and absurd loyalty to Bylsma, he is still one of the better GMs when it comes to trading players and drafting. I just can't stomach the idea of getting rid of guys who may actually hurt our team more once they are removed vs. moving the appropriate pieces.

Ottawa is shopping Jason Spezza around. Not saying this will happen or the Senators are looking for a guy like Tanger (considering they have a fourth forward in Erik Karlsson already ;) ), but they do have the cap room, especially if it was a swap of these two players... but how about Tanger for Spezz? The Sens could have two offensive studs on two separate pairings. We could keep Geno and Sidney Crosby together (which look pretty good together when lined up), giving us another elite C in Spezza. Moving Brandon Sutter back to 3C where he belongs. Marcel Goc becomes our 4C.

Here's how the lines could potentially look like. Keep in mind, it's just wishful thinking and that 4th line would need some more grit and size to it. Like the speed and skill level though. :D

Kunitz-Crosby-Malkin
Jokinen-Spezza-Neal
Bennett-Sutter-Stempniak
Gibbons-Goc-Dupuis

Vitale, Adams

For me these past years Ovie has reminded me of Bondra, only Bondra played D. Lots of goals a few assist and strong on the PP. Caps need more players like Joel Ward if they want to contend.

Interestingly enough you bring up Joel Ward who seems to be money in big games like the NHL playoffs and even at the international level... Guess who's Canada's best skater right now in the IIHF WC in Belarus? Not potential Calder winner Nathan MacKinnon. Not future star power forward Brayden Schenn. Not two-way spark plug Matt Read. Not even Calgary's future franchise star Sean Monahan. Yup, that would be career bottom six NHLer Joel Ward!

btw While Bondra may have been better defensively, he wasn't the superstar that Ovie is either. Personally, AO is too good to trade. He's still the guy to build around. Having said that, I rather have Crosby, Malkin, Stamkos, Giroux (ugh I loathe that guy, but still), Tavares, and potentially MacKinnon... oh and Toews and maybe even Kane over Ovie to build around... well, today's Ovie. But Ovie of yesterday, when he was dominating the leader board in goals and points, I would put him above everyone not named Crosby and maybe even Malkin. I know, it sounds like I come off with a certain bias, but can't deny the facts. My Pens have done more in bigger games and the point-per-game ratio seems to be to their favour. Hardware is about even. :)

Alas, we all know Ovie, much like 87 and 71 all have the potential to bring their game to a level of where they can make the argument they are deserving of the No. 1 tag.

You've gotta hand it to Montreal, they played their game all series and dictated the style more than the Bruins did. That and the Bruins lack of finish doomed them. It's going to be a long summer on Causeway Street.

As for the rest of the playoffs, I guess I'll root for whoever comes out of the west, the east only has evils left.

Wow, the Habs in the ECF.... I'll never hear the end of it

That being said, they seem to have a real team concept going with character guys, something the pens had in 09 and until they traded Staal

Eli, couldn't agree more with your Pens suggestions above, although I do not see the Sens picking up bandaid boy, Edmonton is full of idiots, send him there for anything at this point

Ya, they did play hard

hey Iginla, take your ass back to Calgary, they need you

Good bye Boston. :wave

Hope you're next Chicago.

That logo makes me ill right now. This is going to be a long summer between my family and the general populace of Quebec that invades the local beaches.

ECF: Alain Vigneault VS Michel Therrien - Just who is the bigger smarmy db?

Wow I'm stunned at the utter lack of effort the last two games by my B's. The habs were beating them to every puck it seemed. They looked like they were skating in mud. You give up that many PP goals you won't win the series. Game 6 was it for me anyways after that putrid performance. Congrats Montreal you earned it. Still stinks tho
