The old Purple and yellow pre-Gretzky era Los Angeles Kings jersey sucked the big tit as well.

If you're talking about this jersey, I loved it! That's when the Kings had the "Triple Crown Line" of Marcel Dionne, Dave Taylor and Charlie Simmer in the early '80s.

The Burger King Kings jersey and Wild Wing Ducks jerseys were atrocious. However, the game worns of those go for a pretty penny.

Yea, he flopped behind the net once or twice if i can remember playing the puck but, got back in net and luckily made a save.

Scrivens was the right choice, he is the best goaltender in the AHL and he is more game ready then Reimer(due to his recent play with the Marlies and Calder Cup run last season) and proved that in the short training camp week.

Of the two, I agree he was the right choice. I hope some of his questionable play was just some rust at the NHL level that can be shaken off. I think he has a higher upside than Reimer.

Plus, any goalie that says he's a fan of Potvin is cool with me.

I agree they were rough to look at, but that description sounds almost like a compliment.

It's a shame, that the greatest jersey ever never actually made it into an NHL game.

Yeah, I own a bunch of game worns into the thousands and I know that some of those Duck jerseys go for 2-3,000 for even no name guys. I want to get a game worn Jets jersey. I also am looking a way to get the Ron Francis game worn on Meigray. It sometimes make this hobby look cheap.

I still don't like the colour choices. My favourite LA Kings jersey was the crisp looking one from Gretzky's time there. Smart looking jersey.

Yeah, the line you speaker of, was amazing. All former 100 point scorers. Charlie Simmer was great for a few years there. Shame that Marcel Dionne's career doesn't get the respect it deserves. Probably due to the little hockey he played in the playoffs. 49.... Dale Hawerchuk was another. Guys who have illustrious careers don't get the attention like others who have had similar careers, but come with a great playoff resume... More-so, own Stanley Cup rings.

Defence are not cycling the the puck well with the forwards, had enough chances to be up 4-2 on any other ordinary NHL goalie but, tonight its Miller time!. XD

Nah Scott was sucking for air after that punch on the way down, guys don't go down from shots like that unless it knocks all the wind out of them or got him in the kidneys or he is just a likcoe pussa clat. XD

That John Scott doesn't look like a hockey player to me,just looks like some tall dumb goof that came off the street.

Frason was playing in the Swedish Elite league last i remember, should have dressed him instead of Gunner(real rusty) this last game.
