Yup... it's not all Bryz's fault though, the defense has been non-existent this evening.

Boucher was called up as Leighton was injured yesterday.

It's funny because Deez was so sure the Pens would beat the Devils. The Devils swept the home and home.
Now you can commence talking about how the Devils trapped all game long.

I didnt see any of Saturdays game, ****ty matinee's but did see most of Sunday.

Yes they did trap most of the game but that wasnt the deciding factor, Devils simply buried thir chances, Pens didnt.

Actually surprised by the Devils, kovalchuk isnt playing out of his mind, the team simply knows wat to do to win

Trap is a 1-2-2. It's used by most teams that have a lead late in the game. 1-2-2 is even used in basketball. It's sound.

You know what's sound? Reid Boucher scoring at a bigger clip post Alex Galchenyuk. He now leads all of the CHL leagues in goals and has leapfrogged himself ahead of the pack by a fair margin in the O.

Another thing is the emergence of David Clarkson. What a difference maker he has become. Screw Kovalchuk, this is the stud. Also like Stefan Matteau's game. Player who can get dirty and chip in offensively. Big bodied power forward that can hit with the best of them and fight. Maybe a younger version of David.

As for the Penguin losses, the first game we lost due to bad officiating. We had a lot of calls on clean hits and were decimated by the Devil's PP. Hard to win a hockey game when you take 10 penalties in a row and you're constantly down a man. Having said that, the second of the two games, there was no excuse. It was all Devils. I still like my Pens this year despite the two games. Every team loses a game, even the better ones. Los Angeles hasn't been fairing too well and they are last season's Stanley Cup champs. So I am not sweating.

Also well add that our D is watered down with no Letang and Niskanen. Having said that, we get both of them back tonight.

Lol it was back in the 2nd... the announcers were laughing about it because it was picked up by the mics in the arena. We'll see if someone posts it on YouTube.

As soon as i heard about the best player currently in the league now probally out for the season and remembering what team he was playing last night..all i could think of who caused this **** was Matt ****ing Cooke and sure enough, i flip it to Sportsnet and yep.

I hate Cooke as much as anyone, but there's no way he intentionally did this to Karlsson. He's still a piece of ****, but he he's just a careless one.
