If you want to brag about the "present" then you are no different than any other bandwagon hoper. "History" wise Vancouver is about as exciting and successful as the Hartford Whalers.

Please do me a favor? Don't compare a team like the Canuks to my Oilers if you have nothing other than this season to compare.

Compare Calgary, Toronto or even Montreal but lets be serious here!

I am no bandwagoner. People stop assuming.

Just saying, what is in the past is in the past. My city won a Stanley Cup too but that was a 100 years ago. I mean now.

Also, I follow the Canucks because of the Manitoba Moose. I been a season ticket holder for years. In my posts I said I go to Moose games. They are affiliated to the Canucks btw.

If the Moose were no longer affiliated with the Canucks I would move on.

My favorite NHL team has always been Pittsburgh.

But yeah, my Pens won Cups as well...but who cares... I mean NOW! I just found it funny that an Oilers fan who's team is golfing now is saying the Canucks suck despite being the best Canadian team in hockey in the present. Which is all I care about. Live in the NOW man!

That isn't being a band wagon hoper. It's a person living in the now. If I wanted to go by 1991 then my Penguins were the best. If I went by 1990 your Oilers were. Get where I am going with this?

Saying that I have a bandwagoner's reason of thinking because I am more concerned about the now is spotty logic at best. I am not a big Canucks fan. I support them for one reason. The... With me now? Manitoba.... Still with me? Moose!

Manitoba Moose are the Vancouver Canucks affiliate. All I am trying to say is I support the team because my Moose players when they graduate they go up to the Canucks. See Burrows, Bieska, Edler, and Kesler as fine examples of that. Also, it is funny that a fan of a team who's not in a playoffs is saying a team sucks despite advancing to the second round and could go very deep in these playoffs. If they get taken out in the next round. Fine by me. Maybe they can someone down to us. hehe My Moose are also making a deep run.

Either way.... both teams suck. No team compares to the Moose or Penguins.

Brodeur is my all-time favorite goalie going against one of my favorite teams due to Ron Francis and now Eric Staal.

Actually, I have a hard on for the Pens, Devils, Wings, and Canes. Only teams I want to see win a Cup. Vancouver for the aforementioned reasons.

But yeah, my big love is the Pens. So I want to see them win a Cup foremost. If the others do, great... but it isn't the same. Has to be Pittsburgh! PUUUULEEEEEAAAAASSSSEEEE!!!
