It's almost comical how many times we see a post like this when the video is released. For more examples of this mindset see the Hulk comiquette thread. I'm not calling you out, but it's amazing what a difference the videos make in peoples opinions.

I totally agree. The reveal pics are great because you get an idea of product looks like. But nothing like seeing the backstage pass or seeing it in person to really gauge whether or not you want to buy a piece. When the Hulk comiquette was revealed, a number of people commented about the small head. Personally I thought the head looked small as well...then I saw the backstage pass and Hulk's head didn't look nearly as small as I thought.

I think this is the best of the SDCC Marvel releases (so far), and the only one I have on order.

I think the 1/5 scale will work fine with my 1/4 collection since Kurt is on the smaller side in comics.

Much agreed. I'm not a huge Nightcrawler fan, but I do like the character quite a bit. This piece has everything that you could want for a comiquette. Two switch out body parts, and a wickedly awesome print. This was an easy buy, but now I'm gonna have to clean house with my other po's, because I sooo can't afford everything on my list.

I don't know, Nightcrawler is the only one that I still don't like very much. His head still looks too big to me and there's something else that I can't quite put my finger on.

I saw this at SDCC. I like the look but he was terribly small compared to the PFs. I just cancelled the exclusive.

WTF, they've ruined the paint on this now, i'm starting to think that if SSc doesn't reach a certain number of order they just cheap-out on the paint to save cash, i'm very much considering cancelling this now, way to go SSC.

Looks like they tried to change him to a more classic look without bothering to just make a classic one, his costume looks pink now and he looks blue-painted rather than blue-skinned.

Nightcrawler was the first thing I had on PO in about 2 months that I was super excited about, I mean I was really liking this piece then I get the email saying "Hey we never ever do this but we reworked the paint ap, go to the site and check it out, bla bla"

I finally got a chance to go check it out and they went bananas with the colors, the blue looks like it's radiated! I also feel like they chose the less popular costume and then said, hey, let's give him the color palette from the costume we shoulda used but didn't.

Curses Sideshow, do you want any of my money Q1 or not?
