At least for me, it is the first two weeks of dieting and exercise that are the hardest. Once you make it through those you are pretty much in a routine. You just have to make yourself do it. I used to weigh around 320, then got down to 200. I stopped exercising and got lazy and gained most of it back. This year, I finally got back on track(and plan to stay that way) and have lost 70lbs. so far. Once you start losing the weight, it motivates you to keep up what you are doing and not go back to your bad habits.

That how it was quitting smoking. The first two weeks were not fun.

I don't drink soda that much, neither those energy drinks. Too much sugar.

Occupy yourself with other activities that must be done away from home.

I spend most of my time in the school library and study. Go surfing during summertime. Skatebaord everyday. Snowboard during snow season. Hit the treadmill when depressed. Play paintball during summer, and of course, sex. :eek:

Same here, I've had two generations of iPods and have not had a problem with either of them. iTunes to me is very easy to use. :dunno

Same here:D The only problems i'v had is one that i put on myself and that my Ipod broke so i had to buy a new one. Other then that, it's been smooth sailing with itunes and Ipod.
 
One thing that is overlooked so often in trying to lose weight is breakfast. Eating breakfast is a key, the way the body works is that if you don't eat it slows your metabolism, then you eat a bigger lunch and it takes more work to burn those calories. If you can do it eat small amounts of calories more often then cramming it all in to 2-3 meals. Eating small amounts more often will slowly increase you metabolism. It will never make it back to the levels when you were younger but it works. I actually did this after a major knee injury and gained a ton of weight, half of which I still have never got rid of.

There is no perfect way to lose weight, what works for one person may not work for another.

And yeah if you want to gain weight bananas work great, I remember constantly eating those when I was in HS trying to gain weight. It really pissed of the other wrestlers at weigh in when I eating bananas in line and they are stipping, down as far as they could, shaving and all the other tricks to lose a 1/2 pound here and there. :lol
 
LOL! Just downloaded no easy way out from the Rocky soundtrack. Soon I will be ready. LOL! IMO that is the best Rocky song. Even beats eye of the tiger IMO. :cool:
 
I also like Hearts of fire as well. Both Rocky 4 songs. If you couldn't guess I think Rocky 4 was the best.
