I'm not sure how tight her clothing is, but the first thing I'd try to do is put some padding on top of her shoulders, to raise the shoulder armor. I would pad her arms and legs a tad bit more too. In the movie, the costume was bulky enough that you couldn't quite tell if the person underneath was male or female.

I have to admit I was worried for a moment when I saw this thinking that Sideshow had really dropped the ball on the boots :lol

But its true, all put together the Hasbro isn't as bad as you would expect... but its nice that we are finally getting great 1/6 figures from Star Wars :rock

Seeing how Sideshow made the helmet and head separately, rather than have the helmet fit over the head, if/when they make a Vader , do you think that they will use this method for a reveal helmet or a 3 piece removable one?

Thats what they indicated a long time ago in an interview. Rather than do removable and 3 piece helmets, they would use the plug system we see here.

This is the first time they've used it, but I imagine it will be the standard for them.

I guess Asajj will have the same system for her heads too then.

I hope not. If medicom can engineer a removable helmet that keeps the head and helm in scale, Sideshow can do it too. I just like it better when I know there is a head under there instead of stump.

My contribution (just some quick shots I took yesterday)

BTW-I LOVE this figure. Home Run (IMO):chew

One of the BEST figs to date! Well done SSC!!!!!!! Keep em coming!

How hard is it to get the thermal detonator to stay in here hand?

It seems like it is going to be impossible when you first look, but you just have to peel those fingers apart and stick it in there, and it stays in place with absolutely no problem. The hard part is keeping her left arm to stay down tighter and closer to the torso. It just pops back up and floats in the air no matter how you pose it. But I always seem to have trouble getting 12" figures to hold the pose I want.

I love this one and now I really want a Chewbacca chained up next to her.

Hey guys, just a little fact, if anyone is interested. In keeping with the Star Wars tradition of using real world weapons in the movies. Boushh's Ubese blaster is a modified "sawed-off" German Paratrooper Rifle from WWII.

I think Medicom did a great job of keeping the helmet in scale, but the head is pretty tiny. I have the ROTS and he's got a bit of a pin head going on. Its not terrible, but if we can keep all the sizes correct I'm all for that.

And Sideshow's system seems to have worked really well with the Boushh figure.

I think that a three piece reveal can be done by Sideshow. Look at forum members like Hurricane who are making AMAZING three peice helmets , with parts and resources that were never intented to do so. I would prefer that, to a peg when Vader is finally made. Not that there is anything wrong with the peg system.

Leia just arrived. I've got to head to school though, but from what I see in the package, she looks great. Any idea where they go/what is all the little stuff is at the bottom on the accessory side?

Those little canisters fit on her weapons belt. If you look closely at the pictures on the box you can see where they placed a few on her belt.

After staring at it all day, this is quickly becoming one of my favorite figures in the line so far.

I can't believe that it's been a year since I ordered her!
