Looks pretty accurate to me? He is pretty orange in the movie. And his face is a lot fatter in Stranger Tides.

Nah man it's it depends on the lighting.

There's a big difference between a tan and orange.

Man if this is the production piece, I think it looks great! To me, the skin tone/tan looks just right. The hair color is what's wrong. It shouldn't be that dark. Can't wait to see more pics of the full figure in hand

Problem is, the rest of the body is pretty average, so the head will be very expensive on it's own.

not as much as my brain is messing with me. Usually you stand by your convictions, you know? But when everyone's calling it green and you're seeing it red, after a while you gotta start to question your sanity. But in this case sanity's over rated. I'll keep the $100 instead.

From the photos the sculpt is really nicely done. It captures Depp pretty well. I hate to say but it might rival Hot Toy's likeness.

The HT smiling sculpt still has a chance to best this EB sculpt, but when compared to the serious sculpt, I have to agree. I wonder how much this sculpt will go for parted out, a crazy amount I would imagine.

Yep.
EB can do awesome figures with awesome tayloring. The only thing they still suck HT's nuts - bodys.
