i really love the first outfit. but i'm just afraid, that v2 is looking way better. I'll definatly pick the scarred face from ebay, but it just sucks! I would like to have something to decide which version I want to buy. Is it Connor in the brown leather jacket or in the black swat suit. Should I always wait now for a better or second version of a character from HT to decide which I want? And that's not only with Connor...

Well, this is John in his black, SWAT-type gear.

In terms of future buys, there really is no good answer. You can wait, but if you wait for no reason, you can end up spending double retail to get the one figure. If you buy, something better may come along. Best advice I'd say is, when a figure comes out, weigh the options. Do you like it enough that you really want to have it and don't want to risk missing out on it or having to pay more than its retail price, or, do you kind of like it but if you miss out waiting for better or alternate, you won't be to bummed out.

Could be, the first one had to meet McG and Bale's approval, so might be easier for them just to sculpt in the scar on that one.

Not sold on these just yet.

If they are gonna release the moto terminator, I might pick up the shirt and the pants from ebay, since connor wasn't scarred yet when he rode it. And voila, I have the swat team costume, since the gloves and the boots are the same thing anyways. So I'm all good. But I suspect that HT might throw in a little bonus for this one, arrghh I'm always a sucker for those bonuses! Mustt.. Resist..

Ok, I'm thinking it's certain HT is either including a Hydrobot with this Connor, or making one at some point, but I'm sure that's a Hydrobot in the Connor photo, and Tommy wouldn't use non-HT figures in these photos.

I will probably buy the stand from this one ( if it includes the one shown from the original leaked pics ) and a few accessories and put them with the first version.
Thats if I end up buying any.

yeah, but what if I like both versions a lot I really love Bale, but I must pay attention that I wont have a detolf full with just Bale figures.

And I know, that they're going to make more money with this stragedy, but they're taking also the risk of loosing the trust on the customers if they're going on with their unfair cash-strategy.

I really hope that the black outfit wont blow me away and I'll just pick the new headsculpt. If it comes exactly like in the pics we have seen it already, I'll stay on v1. But who knows, maybe they put something extra on it which will let me cry

If they are including one, that means its an accesories for v1 connor, since that's scene is the beginning of the movie. Connor was wearing that black t shirt underneath his leather jacket. So technically, you'd have to buy both of the connors!

Mh, I don't think so, that V1 is going to be cheaper. They are almost two different figures and both are high-quality. So there is no improvement on v1, just another interpretation of the character...
