Great pic! Is that the DX coat? It looks so much darker than the pics Maulfan posted pre-mod.

Based on feedback and pictures i've seen, it seems like the material will look almost black under certain conditions, especially the camera but unless you have the right lighting it'll look mostly brown.

Could someone please help me with this. What is the shipping weight for the packaged box? Does $80 via USPS Express Mail International sound ridiculous or is it really that heavy?

I was told mine would weigh approx 9 pounds boxed.. and postage is $73 USPS Priority International to Australia.

International is often times about the size of the package(that's what she said). Space limitations of the carrier is the problem more so then weight.

I just purchased an exclusive for $214 and the freight to brisbane via usps was $54.
Freight from sideshow for the regular (since we could not get the ex here) was $26 when i got the notification.
So i thought for an extra dollar or 2 ill just get the ex now instead of waiting another 21 days for sideshow

I'm getting the EX too. I had it pre-ordered for $220. Mine is being double boxed and packed with shipping peanuts. I'm in Sydney.

This was the first time i bought an HT product and did not immediately take it out of the box. I just looked at it for a bit. I almost didnt want to take it out. It really is a work of art- especially the tailoring.

And for production, it surpasses Supes by miles.

Agreed- at last HT went all out for this figure and it shows!

I hope that this figure and the reaction to it in hand will show Hot Toys the value of taking time and putting in a solid effort. The seemingly rushed figures end up having QC issues and are met with lukewarm reception. Jack was delayed and took longer than expected, but turned out great and has met and exceeded expectation among collectors.
