you're a snob.:monkey1

Yeah! Serves him right for posting his opinions on an open forum. He should have seen the judgement of character on a personal level coming from a mile away! What was he thinking? He must be filled with chagrin right about now.

If he's a snob, ^^^^, so am I. At least he's adamant about his preferences.

Speak for yourself, bro. But then again, this is a board for comic nerds and pop culture tchochke geeks, what else did I expect?

Anyway, Hulk smash...whatever.

Hmm. I found myself laughing at the new trailer, that's not a good sign. I think I have problem with CGI characters, I really hope there is a CHARACTER in the Hulk that blows me away in the actual movie and not just a roaring monster. The Hyde in Van Helsing still have me scared for a long time.,

Hope you're won over by the moive. The trailer has me ready to go!!! The Hulk looks fantastic. I think the CGI looks great and it will be even better by the time it hits the screen. I'd much rather have a CGI Hulk than say The Undertaker (WWF) running around in green paint.

I like what I see so far. I am actually looking forward to this movie.

I picked up the Super Articulated Hulk and Abomination figures today :rock, I'll have pictures tonight.

I'm so glad for this movie. While I'm not a fan of the brown paint apps on the Hulk, overall, he's one really cool figure with a lot of articulation and the kind of Hulk figure I've always wanted. I hope this is just the tip of the iceberg for cool Hulk figures, maybe a 12" figure from Habro, that'd be nice. I'm not going to get any of the "super clap" or "smashing" action figures, just anything along the lines of super articulated that look nice, so for now, just Hulk and Abomination, I want to get Banner once he's out, and maybe a Hulk buster. I wonder if Banner and the rest will be like Star Wars figure sized to give them scale with Hulk, that'd be nice.

Is there any truth to the rumor that Wolverine (played by Hugh Jackman) is going to make an appearance in this movie? While it sounds like a stretch, part of me wants to believe this isn't that unlikely since Hugh is filming Wolverine right now so there wouldn't be a problem with him looking shape, having the chops/hair and he would definitely want to hype Wolverine next year, which he is producing.

Plus with how poorly the first Hulk movie was received, I would think Marvel would go out of their way to make it up to fans by throwing in as many cool cameos of other superheroes as they can.

I'm not a fan of the crossovers in theory. If this movie is treated 95% as an independet Hulk film with subtle ties to other stories, that'd be fine with me. I don't want to see Iron Man come into the big end fight or anythign like that though.

As for Wolverine, there's no official word that I know of, but based on the most recent trailer with footage in a snowy, mountainous area, could be a part ties him to Wolverine, as Wolvering comes from Alkali Lake up in the Canadian rockies, at least in the 3 X-Men movies, which I assume they're sticking with that story and Stryker and everything.

Here is the last mention of it:

...And in the spirit, it looks as if Marvel is going to continue that same track-record in its upcoming Incredible Hulk feature. That’s right; in what looks to be part of the final battle sequence of the film, Wolverine will be making an appearance as part of the team that will hope to gain some semblance of control over the Hulk.

When this was filmed, we’ve no idea, and how they managed to do it, no one is really sure. But word from sources close to Hulk director Louis Leterrier have confirmed that Wolverine will indeed be joining the fray in the movie.

What’s more, and even more unbelievable considering his status, is that Hugh Jackman reprised his role as Wolverine. Now this is no doubt a shameless cross-promotion between movies, considering Jackman’s currently filming X-Men Origins: Wolverine prequel, but nevertheless…

My thoughts though is that it is doubtful, Robert Downey Jr is credited with a cameo in the Hulk and nothing for Hugh Jackman with the film less than a month away you'd think it'd be out of the bag already.

Technically it was posted before April Fools....march 30th I believe but here is the definitive answer:

Q: Is the rumor of Wolverine making a cameo true?
A:No, Wolverine will not make an appearance. Wolverine is owned by Fox. Iron Man and Incredible Hulk are both being made by the same production company (Marvel Studios).

I had a feeling it'd go this way as Sony is holding firm to their rights on Spider-Man wanting to go forward with a Spider-Man 4 already....
