That Sarah Connor display looks incredible, nice work!

That figure really surprised me with just how good it turned out. One of Neca's best.

As for the ultimate motorcycle cop, I'm still happy with him. I never had the original release so this was something I was really hoping they would make.

I do agree that his legs seem a bit half-assed in how they were altered for the new articulation. They look nice, but the anatomy seems a little off. My guess is that it was rushed because they weren't planning on making this version but went for it because the fans demanded it.
Speaking of the legs, I think this one might be the worst offender out of all my terminator ultimates with the one leg longer than the other syndrome. I can't seem to get him standing straight, he's always leaning to his left.

I'm glad they chose to include the split open head, that was the one thing I felt was missing from the first ultimate T-1000. Also that glossy film that is on his alternate heads does wash off with water. Now mine have the correct matte look. I think it's the eyes that are throwing off the look of the extra normal head that comes with this figure. On the first ultimate the eyes are looking up and straight forward, while on this MC version the eyes are looking down which is making them look bugged out.

He needs to throw some sand in that box. :lol

I was wondering- is the NECA Ultimate T2 T-800 durable enough for a kid to play? I'm thinking of getting one for my kid cousin, and no he doesn't swallow small toys.

NECA is so inconsistent.

I've seen their products be durable enough to hold up to kids playing and then crumble in the hands of the most delicate of adult hands.

So flip a coin and give it to the kid.

The mini gun will probably break almost immediately. The figure and other accessories will probably hold up pretty well depending on his age and play style.

Ah, I see not much has changed with Neca then. Oh well, I might get one anyway. Kinda misses the point having those extra articulation but not sturdy enough to survive at least some kind of pose. :dunno

Ultimate T2 T-800 is very sturdy. A kid could play with it without breaking or snapping any joints.

Thanks! Oh, does it feature points of articulation you'd expect from a regular meant-for-play figure? It seems the leg movements are quite extensive but no so the arms.

He's got ball jointed hips, knees and boots. The figure's joints and limbs are pretty thick though and the plastic they used are high quality. It's not like one of their cheapo Aliens that break at the slightest touch. He's durable.

The only thing fragile about him is the rubbery minigun he comes with. But even then, I don't think it would break under play.

wrong ammo bag haha. that's the one to bring the minigun in, not the bullets for it.
oh and that face looks like it ate a turd.

Bit of a let-down show to me personally. The coolest stuff is the stuff they debuted at last year's event - the 1:4 Turtles, Penguin and Catwoman...which I'm not sure I'll be buying because of the import expense.
