If John isn't a Newt-style SDCC exclusive this year (with that endo-arm being one of the accessories) I might, at that point, finally give up hope and stop expecting him at every toy event. What better year could there be to put him out than the year of a publicised 3D anniversary rerelease of the movie. This Summer or we might aswell forget about it.

Coming from you that actually means alot so thank you.

I forgot that the inside of the box had that art work.

I said screw it before I throw it away let me just take some photos of him standing inside of the box lol.

It's amazing just how much inner peace I find taking photos of my toys.

My wife totally does not get it lol.

Now, will you have a background for the 1/4 or you mean just posing him like that.

Just posing him like that with the minigun at 1:4 scale. I never did it with the Enterbay figure...well actually I might have tried it once but was never satisfied to leave it like that because it compromised the BD look by stealing the grenade bandolier. Also, that hair...and the grenades were too few and too small.

Yeah shame that the 1/4 Enterbay was not able to fully deliver on that front, plus the 1/4 mini gun seems undersized but that could just be me and that would just be a minor nitpick anyways.

Wow never realized how warped my NECA minigun was until I looked at these photos.

Hairdryer here I come, since I have no hair hairdrying is only for toys.

NECA should really change their name to:

HECA: Hairdry Every Colllectible Asap

It doesn't look too bad. Sadly I think it's probably accurate to say that most of the NECA miniguns were warped to at least some degree, a smaller percentage of them warped to an horrific degree.

Pull up a pic of how the minigun should look. Boil a small pot of water. Stick the minigun in there for about 60 seconds. Quickly form it to how it should look. Then immediately run it under cold water.

OR

Do what I did and just use the original 2009 minigun that came with Cyberdyne Shootout T-800. That thing wasn't made out of rubbery plastic.

Also, great shots Jye. I love those backgrounds NECA included with the figures, I sometimes use them as well. Though, as with everything else they got lazy with Tech Noir, Police Shootout and Motorcycle Cop T-1000. Coulda had a cool TECH NOIR bar background scene, or the police station, or the Steel Mill. Something.

mantis pose :clap
i love that the terminator in that scene aims with a MINIGUN so much, always nice to see the pose achieved.

Thank you for the errr mantis compliment, is that like a kung fu thing! :hi5:

Oh wait, you literally mean a mantis arm pose don't you lol

TY!

Yeah I was going to do a Tech Noir photo shoot with the background until I saw the tunnel background lol

I have two of the horrific's from the Ultimate's, bad enough I cut the barrel assemble off and made replacements out of styrene, FWIW the Video game Endo heavy gunner M-134 was the best of all.

that's exactly what you did, while normally people do this, labeled "firehose pose".

Yeah i've heard a-dev mention his arm pose so many times I made sure I wasn't going to be posting any firehose arm poses.

Here I was thinking that Mantis was a cool european compliment lol.
