Ok, question, the medical table That Noomi Rapace uses to cut out her 'baby' and the thing said it was designed with male patients - ah, wasn't that Theron's lab table? Did I miss something there?

Oh, and I sat next to these two guys that I got to chat with before movie, well, everytime a human died, one of them would start laughing fairly manically.....they were having a great time seeing the dumbass scientists die

I think that could be explained by David reprogramming the software to try and prevent her aborting the alien growing inside since it was he who put the DNA component into Holloways drink. Its something which his boss wanted back on earth to carry tests out on. What didn't make sense was the machine not recognising that Shaw was female once she got into it. It should really have shut down. But then maybe she bypassed the software. Tha scene was alittle light on detail at its beginning.

the medical table part i actually got. His daughter bought it with her just in case her father could be saved and needed surgery, even though at the beginning everyone thought it was for her as a safety, but she bought it for her father trying to save him. That was the only part in the movie that made sense...

And fine i take back about the avp comment, they were just dumb action movies for fun who pays attention to them, i vaguely remember in one of them someone said predator created alien for hunting as a sport, and human were sacced as host. Could remember it wrong /shrug

He said "It's up to you to decide.". Which it is. Use your imagination, have fun with it. That's pretty much what this movie is all about. So many possibilities, so many different theories and ideas..

And yeah, i'm totally making this up. This is what the filmmakers intended. This isn't like Star Wars where George intended nothing. Ridley wants us to talk, discuss, even debate.

He said "It's up to you to decide.". Which it is. Use your imagination, have fun with it. That's pretty much what this movie is all about. So many possibilities, so many different theories and ideas..

i hate those movies. Watch movie for story and fun, if i have to imagine everything why the **** do i even watch it. There is a big difference between movies that provoke your thoughts and a dumb movie that are forced to be vague and made no sense.

It really makes you appreciate joss whedon & steven spielberg's work, they can have as many vague plots & mysteries, but at the end everything ALWAYS tie back together with a satisfying ending. Of course none of them uses that Lost writer for the script...
