The Size of the SJ/Engineers has never changed.
What makes everybody believe thta they are really huge is that Scott used children in the master shots he "cheated" to make it look more massive.
But when Dallas is close to it you can see that the proportions of the head fits what has been shown in PROMETHEUS.
So he could have gone with the children size but ended up using the size they had in the shots with adults.
Probably because it was more easy to make it work on set and story wise.

Yeah. Check around 0:34 in the trailer. Where they have the head/helmet on the scanning table. Looks pretty damn big.

Not only is it awkward but it's probably the most unsettling thing I've ever watched. An 8 minute uncut shot of Monica Belluci being raped. Yeah, awkward at the very least.

These are not statues.
They are spacesuits at the entry of the pilot/Navigation/Cryopod room so when the Engineers wake up they can put their suits.

I think those are statues, and the pic above is of an actual SJ.

They are the same I believe, I just cut those out of the pic going around of the hallway and brightened them up. The scale matches the SJ perfectly. I think Olbert is correct. Also if you look at the other pic, that's why the body is lying on the ground, the helmet is separate, that's what the two crew members are expecting. We see that "head" helmet on the ship later being exaimined. It's an unoccupied bio suit. The humans have never seen anything like it because it's a living machine.

The more and more I read about this the more stoked I am to see it. Can't wait for June to get here.
