You'll have to perform a few mods on the helmet to make proper use of it. Mainly, you have to remove the rib from the inside rear. You'll also have to take a little material off the ribs on the mounting post(you'll understand when you have it in hand). Or you can get one of Hurricane's customs; there's one available on Ebay RIGHT NOW...PS

It's not hard at all, just pull and tug carefully, it'll come off with a bit of force.

Just dremel or shave the ridges inside the dome until it fits the head and then glue. If you'd like you can add the widow's peak to the helmet by using some sculpey. Check out the pictures below:

Hey Wax, I remember a few years ago, on another site seeing a custom Vader that you had made that was absolutely amazing, I think it was the one on your avatar, I'd love to see images of it again, can you share with us? Thanks!

When he was first assembled, and the modified face(my avatar shot); had to lose that "gentle" smile and the caterpillar brows...

well I just did the hasbro mod to my Vader, at 1st I was sceptical about this mod, but once done it makes a heck of a difference, I'll post pics later, IMO it looks alot more ANH & menacing with the new dome

Cool. It's once you do the mod that you can see there's a BIG difference and that you are looking at a completely different Vader!

I had the helmet off and the Hasbro helmet at the ready, and then decided to leave it as is. I glued the SS helmet back into position. If SS does an ESB or ROTJ Vader in the future, I'll get that one and then reassess the helmet situation.
