Was just looking at the Spawn boards and a guy who got to go to the premiere confirmed that these shots (the ones in the original post) are indeed what we will see in the film.

I can't see the first image being Arnie. Marcus probably? but the 2nd one could definitely be arnie! In fact i'll stick my head out and say I think it definitely is him.
