Lots and Lots of Big Action in this! I hope everyone in the city has evacuated.

You know even though it’s lacking all effects of gravity it’s really hard to find something wrong with that clip.

I guess this is more like Jet Jaguar and Ultraman

I loved how the one mech caused the other one to trip that was pretty cool.

That’s how the Power Rangers movie should’ve been like.

Just have to get used to them doing round house kicks inside lol

Weird Jye.. We just can't agree anymore :lol I hate everything about that clip... All the robots showing up and one sliding into first to join them.. The Matrix style back bend to avoid the flying Jaguar... Too Many KIDS! And I refuse to get use to Spinning heal kicks done by these giant robots :lol

Just has too much Transformers / every other movie I have seen, thing going on... Even the Robot setting off the car alarm is just a recycled joke from the first movie.

The reviews pretty much confirm what I suspected. Too bad.. You can never have enough Giant monster movies.. You can have too many Giant robot movies though.

I will fess up if I am wrong and enjoy this film... But it just looks awful to me.

Anyone else notice that the Giant Monster apparently got a suit from Wakanda... Seems to have the same powers as BP :lol

Ive heard terrible TERRIBLE things about Mako and what they do to her

she dies in the first 25 minutes in a helicopter crash... not even in a Jaeger fight... wtf

What...what HAPPENED to her? Yikes.

Anywho. I'm probably gonna see this. My five year old(who usually only likes junk on cartoon network and Disney junior) wants to see this so I may take him. I told him if he can sit through the first film on blu ray, I'll let him watch it. He did. So it's just a matter of finding time to take him. I hope it's at least decent. I enjoyed watching the first one with him after not having seen it since I bought it years ago.

Started pretty good. Better than the first. Middle was still pretty good. Aaaaaand then 3/4 through started to get questionable. The end just made me want to murder everybody.

I saw this last night and enjoyed it. I didn't go in looking for more than giant robots fighting giant monsters, and in that regard, it delivered. I still like the first one more ... and on a related note, Scott Eastwood is just a terrible actor. Wow.

What is it that they do with Charlie Day's character that some were put off by? Is it something embarrassing?

No, not embarrassing at all.

He's the main villain in the film. Since the first movie, he has continued to drift with a Kaiju brain, which has allowed the Precursors (the alien masters of the Kaiju) to have access to his brain and act through him.

he talks to the kaiju brain like talking to his wife.
Then at the end he controls the kaiju monster fighting completely

Just came back from seeing this. I liked it. Wish it had been longer. Moved very fast. Not as good as first one. No character development or human interest here, but I'm okay with just mayhem in a movie like this.

Okay the ending was awesome to see.
The final fight is really really cool. Great kaiju. Great effects.
