Palpatine 1:1 bust

Cool, I didn't know that....makes me want one even more!

It's a great piece. Just like Maul, the eyes are the only negative I find with it, and even those, unless you get real closeup, it's not really noticeable, to me anyway, and you just feel like you're in Empire training with him, really captures him beautifully. I don't think any of the SW 1:1 busts have been anything but stunning, I just could care less about Bossk and Greedo so between money and space I never cared to get them.

Same here. I've been thinking of picking up Yoda, but the Palpatine is a must have, and will look fantastic in between my Maul bust and my MR Vader Helmet. Now I need to pick up a MR ROTS Vader saber, and I'll have their weapons in front of them!

Actually, he loses that saber also in ROTS, which is why he resorts to hurling senate pods and Sith lightning at Yoda in their fight. I think, given his character, Palpatine would have been cocky by ROTJ and felt no threat to him and no longer carried a saber with him.

WOW!!! I hadn't logged on here in a few days and when I do I find out that SS is doing the only bust I've ever really wanted from them. This is fantastic news and I can't wait to order this bad boy. :emperor

I know Attakus already did something similar, but I would kill for a PF Palpatine on throne. Sideshow gave Doom a throne and this would be an easier sculpt.

I doubt he would be unarmed all those years but its a good assumption just the same.
