Hopefully it doesn't backfire on me but **** it. I have a external standard harddrive for backups.
Yep! It certainly helps.
This is a screenshot of the features I enable on my drive(all active)

Nope but I only run SSD.
For anyone who owns AMD GPUs / CPUs ... I'd like to think this is cause of their crap GPU drivers.
AMD to cut 7% of its global workforce after poor Q3 - TechSpot
I wish if Kingston gave a maintenance utility for their SSD. It looks awesome how everything is so easily accessed on yours. Ugh, I had to do all of those things manually -____-.
You must have a really large one!
I have to say, I'm pretty glad I didn't invest in an AMD graphics card lately. I remember how good AMD used to be in the 90s and early 2000s, but they've really gone down the crapper. Such a shame.
I have a 256 and a 512.
Same here. 256 for OS and programs and 500 one for games. And non ssd's for pictures although once they come down in price some more I want a 1 tb ssd for the pictures.
1TB for pictures???
I have 2x 4TB External drives for Bluray movies and TV Boxsets(takes up about 6TB), my pictures folder would be maybe 3GB
Thats just like wallpapers though, do you mean like photographs and stuff?
Yup! You're buying RAM too?
that's weird, I wonder if something's going on with the suppliers, like how hard drive prices went up because of a tsunami a couple years back.
I'm really surprised of how cheap my current PC build came up on PC part picker . I've had to substitute in another motherboard, because LGA 1155 compatible boards are practically obsolete now, and they weren't included on the list. But, I estimate, that with all of the additional rebates and discounts that I received from last year and now, I've spent just slightly over $1100 on everything:
Intel Core i5-3570K, Asus GeForce GTX 780, Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus (Black) - System Build - PCPartPicker
The next thing that I want to upgrade is my PC case, as I'm in dire need of a case with better cable management and airflow. I've got my eyes set on that sleek Fractal Design R4.
My Storm Stryker has amazing cable management and so do a lot of Cooler Master cases and the Thermaltake 10GT. It also helps when you have a modular PSU
Ordered a GTX 980, excited to see how well it performs. Currently got a GTX 770, so it won't be that huge of a difference, but it should be noticeable. Requirements for games are getting pretty crazy. Assassin's Creed Unity requires a GTX 680 at minimum. I'm thinking we're at the stage where the next-gen console games aren't really being optimized for PC. A similar thing happened last gen.

By the way guys, I was just wondering, what are your FSB : DRAM ratios? According to CPU-Z, I have a 1:6 ratio. Does that mean that my i5 3570K is bottle-necking the speed of my RAM?
