I have to disagree with your comments on Alienware. Before I purchased mine about a year and half ago I compared what I was buying on Newegg and there was only about a $300.00 difference. I can't comment on the customer service other than I received it with no issues and I have never had to call them about anything going wrong.

Alienware pre-dell were some of the best custom PCs out there. I never did own one but they were awesome. My argument about Alienware is, even though it is more expensive you know the EXACT brand of hardware in your computer, which you can't say for everything from Apple.
