Yeah, I can't see one picture where the tentacles are posed differently. Surely if they were poseable, they'd show that off.

Whatever though, it's an amazing sculpt, best ever done so far, and this is THE definitive Davy Jones so it's a must-have.

I love the slight scowl that accommodates the pipe.

I'm just thrilled he can sword fight, that was the must have element for me, I love the Jack-Davy duel, Badass vs. Jackass, great combination of entertaining character.

Well, I've got a Jack Sparrow (version one, since I prefer that costume and facial expression to the upcoming version) coming to me thanks to a fellow freak, and I'll be picking up Davy Jones as well, since he's one of my favorite characters and looks absolutely amazing. None of the other released figures appeals to me, but I'm interested to see what else is coming.

Hmmm... NECA's figures have him with the bandanna covering his entire scalp, not just his forehead. I wonder which is more accurate?

The headsculpts looks particularly amazing in that shot though!

The detail is ridiculous. I assume the little key can slip out, although it doesn't really matter to me. Doubles as a great "taunt Jack" device if you display them dueling each other.

I can't get enough of the characters from these films.

Actually, he looks quite a bit like Keith Richards there (Cap'n Teague).

Actually it covers his whole scalp, at least in the reference I've got...
