I keep popping into this thread because I am a hair away from starting this line. If I knew for certain Barbossa was coming I think that would be my downfall. He and Davy Jones are two of my favorite villains in recent memory.

In At World's End, Jack and Barbossa over who's captain of the Pearl and Rigetti jumps in and yells at them trying to act like an authority figure and when Jack and Barbossa stares him down for even doing it he gets all apologetic and gives the little speech I posted.

Any news about him? I went to the site and it still says "Shipping 2nd quarter"

Well, as much as I'd love for Jack and Davy to ship next week, I'm not counting on it. The last 2 items from Hot Toys that SSC has shipped out both shipped a week from the final day of their 3-5 period. Not sure if something at customs has been and issue and could be gone now or what, but it's happened. Financially I'm planning them to ship next week, but as a collector, I'm bracing for dissappointment on that front.
