Planet Hulk: Green Scar VS Silver Savage Polystone Diorama

Pf's are all you need. I made a mistake of trying to "collect everything under the sun." And after all of that, I finally sold off everything but my PF's and in my opinion, I wouldn't have it any other way. Now, I do have VERY FEW exceptions: 1:1 Spidey Bust, a GR Comiquette EX., and soon to be this. But there are days when I even see myself selling those off too, in order to maintain a "PF only" collection. I just feel that the collection looks more "elite" that way. Nothing against those who collect more or less. I just prefer the Premium Format above all else.

I have the Wolverine Com which is awesome and actually "fits" into the PF look when they're placed together as does the Iron Man Com.

So I will break the PF mold for something like Wolv or IM.

But the economy is just bad enough where I won't go crazy buying everything under the sun. Even if the economy was good i'm not one who desires to have everything but really just a core of the elite products which I place the PF's under.

Now for sure I also wouldn't mind owning the Hulk vs Spiderman, for that was an instant classic diorama. Simplly showed the Hulk's rage and power instantly with all that concrete being crushed in his bare hands!

This one is way to busy for me. I'm not into making The Hulk look like a Planet of the Apes soldier, or Gladiator or whatever he's supposed to be in that silly costume. Like who the heck dressed him with that gladiator skirt? Was it when he was banner? Can't be because that skirt is huge which means that while he was the Hulk he was "calm" enough to dress himself AND the hat as well...lol

No thanks, I like my Hulk with his ripped pants and nothing else, just his pure massive green size showing all his muscles and rage while he's creating havoc, out of control and angry enough that he's not going to sit there and dress himself for battle.

yes anyone that is close to retiring, and thought they were close to having enough money, now i feeling for them also.
anyone 40's or younger will be ok, since in 10 years this will be, "do you recall the last time recession/stock collapse" and this will be old memories.

The year was 2000-2001 whenever the S&P 500 was at 800 something, it was 8 years ago, so we can estimate that it will take this long or longer for it to reach it's max again of 1600... BUY NOW MAN, BUY CHEAP and then GTFO, transfer that sum outta there once we r doin all right again!

Definitely a historically point in time right now son!!! It dropped once again today...

yes, i agree to a point, but they can only do so many figures based on the old comics.
i guess that's why i like hulk in this dio without his helm and weapon, looks more old school to me. if i didn't already have the pf hulks, and the hulk dios, then i wouldn't of got this one, but as you can tell i'm kinda a hulk freak. this is going to look sooooo friggin sweat with my other hulk related items.

True true, well said as well...

I can see how this Hulk next to other Hulks will look sweet but what about the silver surfer dude in whatever form he's in for that story, he's part of the diorama and him holding that silly mace AND his surf board just looks odd to me.

Believe me, it's very hard not to make the Hulk look good in polystone, he was meant to live on forever in this medium, he's a perfect fit for polystone and YES, his bare Hulk self in this new piece DOES look good and powerful.

I love the Hulk as well, geez, who on this forum doesn't BUT a diorama needs to come together for me in its entire design and not just one piece of it.

Is this a horrible piece, absolutely not, that would be crazy for me to make that statement.

And I also except the fact that I could be way off base and wrong with my opinion and if I saw this thing up close I would crap in my pants with sheer joy for it, that's a chance i'm taking by not buying it.

To whomever bought it because they instantly fell in love with it, I salute you.

I wish I lived in a mountainy forrest with a couple friends and a bucnh of hot chicks and didnnt have to be affected by or listen to a bunch of selfish losers.

Yeah I actually expected this to go on pre-order around 8:00 central time, it was all ready up by the time I got back from dinner wit da wife, servers were kind of slow but I got in and out with no probs and I stand today with my pre-order, no worries...
