I don't think there is a silver variant.

The HK's of Salvation appear to be all-black. I imagine Playmates painted theirs silver like the T2 HK and then found out they had to change it. They just kept the silver pics.

Unless...has a variant been confirmed??

facebox pictures may be playing ticks on me. The HK looks like it's cast in silver plastic.
