Still getting the PS4 after the Microsoft announcement

Are you still planning to get both systems at launch?

I'm getting the PS4 this year, and hopefully the X-Box when it has a price drop later on.

Oh I never planned on getting the xbox at launch. I'm not spending 500 on it. I will get it later on with a price drop. Hopefully we still have a large crew here at SSF to play some games on the PS4!

Not really. I have confidence that Sony will have great online gaming now that they actually will be getting money for it. I never thought it was bad in the first place though.

Anybody going to be picking up a Vita that are buying the PS4? I do want to pick one up since Final Fantasy x hd will be on there. Plus I have been dying to grab Persona 4 golden as well.

How do you like it? I mainly get Handhelds for the great JRPGs that come along with them. 3ds will be getting Shin Megami Tensei IV here in the next month as well has Project X. I know Vita has Persona 4 which I really really want, but I'm not sure whether the store has any good ones online.

The red ring was a disaster for MS so I doubt the One will have the same issues, but it sounds like you've made your mind up.

I don't know, as bad as it sounds, Microsoft made themselves look worse in my eyes. It's one thing to be *******s, but it's another thing entirely to be *******s who don't stick to their convictions. Just goes to show how "confident" they were in the future of gaming being a connected one.

Bottom line is, they pussed out.
