So what launch games are you getting.

From those you listed, I would go for Killzone 4, Battlefield [4], and Watchdogs.
Right now the only PS4 game that interests me is Killzone, the other exclusives aren't that great and the rest of the games will be better on PC.

Makes me thankful that GTA V is staying current gen.

Yeah it does blow for anyone buying the newer consoles because they're not backwards compatible. It might be released at a later point. R* loves giving a long lifespan to their games to it's entirely possible.
I'd actually be surprised if they didn't, since the multiplayer is basically an MMO I don't think they would tie that to last-gen consoles even with their large install base. Plus they want to add content and it would be easier on the new consoles to do that. A few updates and DLC is not a big deal, but the types of updates that MMO stuff need would be difficult on current consoles.
Will KZ get any special editions like KZ3 did? The helmet was cool too bad i bought at launch price it went on to discount bin bargain price. wanted to get a 2nd helmet but space constraint.

For hot games like GTA V, i would stick to PC version not because it has superior graphics, but because how big the modding scene is for such a big games especially sandbox type.
GTA IV with all the ultimate mods still bring my 7870 down to it's knees but it beats many newer games in terms of graphic & visuals.
Same goes for RE4, i get all the visual upgrades plus cutscenes from the HD version on PS3 with a $5 used copy.
Never understood why Xbox360 & PS3 prefer 720p over 1080p even for the cutscenes. Because most cutscenes on PC look crappy since they made the cutscenes to cater for consoles instead of doing it full HD. Even on consoles most cutscenes look blurry compared to in game graphic.

Well I have a terrible computer so I don't have that option.
I really don't think I could care any less about if pcs are better. I don't care for PF gaming. I prefer consoles and for me they're better. So really all this pc talk is a waste of space. Folks are talking about the ps4 not a pc.
These days most cutscenes are in-game and not a prerendered video. The consoles are so low-powered they can't render at 1080p, many games don't even render at 720p.
