Pop Collectables ?

Well, as of right now, I have not received any store credit, no refund, and my order is still sitting there. I'm so tired of shady business practices with no recourse. Sigh.

And now I've received a semi-threatening email telling me that if I don't stop contacting them on various platforms (email and Instagram), it may "delay the processing of my request indefinitely as it causes confusion on our end."

So that's interesting

The saga continues.

I kept spamming them via email and instagram, and someone contacted me on Instagram and said they would "provide a code within 2 business days" for "stock credit", plus a free upgrade to Fed Ex shipping when I use it on something.

Has anyone else ever received notification of "stock credit" and free shipping upgrades? Did you actually get it? lol I was told to "come back to instagram in 2 business days".

no experience with store credit etc.

i keep getting told shipping “real soon” for two weeks now on my order. knowing cny is next week. i’ve resigned myself to accept nothing is coming until feb for in stock order i placed 1/1.

last time i use pop collectibles to many other places to go nowadays

Justin is still doing his usual stint in endorsing his favourite store every single time he does a review on his channel not knowing that customers are still getting screwed up the arsehole like his former supplier.

I guess being blind to what other collectors that are saying about that particular supplier is going to fry him real bad later on. He’s doing one of these right now = and everything else but keeping his reputation in check.

Edit: Guaranteed that he’s going to bale out at the skin of his shirt (once he really sees the nightmare of what’s going on) and goes endorsing another scammy and shady 1/6 supplier.

Second Edit @ 6:31pm EST: @Darkseed - You’re not going to see your figure for at least one month or more. Every figure is packed at the Warehouse shipping docks to the gills during CNY and it will take a very long time to clear out the backlog of packages that needs to be mailed out.

CNY is when every worker spends at least two weeks (or maybe more) to be with their families and everything stops to a standstill. During that time, the factories are gearing up for another new contract of work with new products, but it takes another two weeks to recalibrate the production line for new products.

Buy the time workers arrive back to the factory after the holidays, there’s a literally a mountain of work to be done and sometimes QC gets pushed away to keep up with newer demand of stuff.

How I do know this stuff if anyone is asking? I also collect 3rd party TFs and I read the articles about how CNY has an impact in business overall.

TL/DR = Everyone gets screw up big time!
If anyone don’t like the wait times, then why did we start collecting in the first place??

lets be honest. if you getting free figures would you bot close an eye or both? like on plastic addicts and someone giving you for free. if you screw around who else would wanna give you free cracks down the road?
