I am ordering the Non war paint version for sure.

That said.......

PCS, I would strongly urge you to repaint the camouflage as it is not screen accurate.

I see what happened, PCS used the Sideshow piece as a guide for the pattern(it is an exact copy of the sideshow) un fortunately, it is all wrong.

The left peck should have the paint coming up to the nipple, the back is all wrong, left forearm above the wrist wrapping should have a triangle of cammo etc...

Strangely enough, the $20 NECA is the only one to get it right (except the back is still a bit off)

Please don't make this a larger clone of the Sideshow! This sculpt deserves better.








Fix this and you have a sure hit on your hands!!!!!

Honestly, I far prefer the original 'beach' version. That's what the pose is from, anyway.

That said, it never hurts to give customers options.

Coming from the garage kit side of the world, all I see now is beautiful sculpts ruined by paint. I'd love this but it's too expensive to repaint.

I will be getting this but I would not say it puts the SSC PF to shame. That Arnold face sculpt it still great and the flow of the piece is perfect. Paint apps could be a bit better. New PCS version looks great also and the use of real metal for the sword is what really puts it over the top for me.

SS is still pretty awesome IMO.

No it was white and black paint in the movie

It is a bit more white then what it looked like in the film. At least during battle. It's almost like he sweated off some of the white. It could be the flash but he looks a bit too white IMO... He also needs to have the black lines done to be film accurate.

I agree... Get the war paint lines correct and its perfect.

So, I saw Barbarian in the theater tonight and loved it. My buddy, who'd never seen it before but who is a big Arnold fan, didn't seem to get it and said that while he's glad he watched it, he can't see watching it again.

After the movie I invoked Crom before decapitating my buddy and chucking his head down the stairs.
