Hello,
The uniforms are great. But the colors are wrong. The colors are like the new Star Trek movie, not our Original Series version. Anyway, I have asked them to re-do it. The only problem that stresses me out is the boots. Can't have the best on this one but we are still trying to test out other material (Correct color or Soft material). Also working on the pants regarding how to attach the accessories and keeping the pants close to the body. I will be getting some pictures tomorrow and I will post them once I received them.

Guys, I am sure everyone will love these uniforms, and I am also sure once I post the final version, a lot of people who view this post 2 months later will be crying... they not gonna get them. I will start a list once I am satisfy with the prototype. I will also put out the price by then. Just a few more weeks then everything will be on their way!

I don't know what to say. When I met with the manufacturer, I saw the cuttings were a bit tight at the waist, the crew neck collar was not tight enough (but the black trim shape is good exactly what we all want), the colors were wrong (not the colors that I picked but they are the colors of the new movie), the skirt at the bottom of the pants is too long, the pants' material need to try with other ones to incorporate attachment of the accessories. The boots were not pointy and tight enough. With so many details need to redone, I didn't take any pictures because in my opinion, the uniform is not even in its 60%. I understand every one want to see some pictures. I should have done so. My mistake. So far I only make one mistake, so please excuse me. Don't worry, within a week or two, an improved prototype will be done. I will not make the same mistake again.

The accessories are good but some corners need to be cut. The communicator is too big, when held by a 1/6 hand, it looks a brick! The phaser is exactly like Playmates, it is the size for 1/5 not 1/6. But reducing the size is a easy thing, so I am not worry. The rest of the accessories, such as the tricorder (the lower compartment can't be open now, it is not practical), McCoy's little vib, injection device, are done perfectly.

We also decided on McCoy's medical bag to be trifold (thanks to the picture that I received). The pants material need to be tested with other material, and need to test how to attach the accessories. We only run into problems with the boots. I think we might have to give and take with this part of the uniform.

Give me some more time, I will surely make everyone happy about these uniforms, and I will not miss any more pictures!

Hello Everyone,
Just want to update you. I cannot have a price until I am settle with the boots which is the hardest part for TOS uniforms. Also I have to finalize the pants. I am having some disagreement with the production company on the pants. I believe I have a better design then their suggestions. They never heard of NEODYMIUM magnets. I am thinking to use this on the phaser so we only need a small metal object sewed inside of the pants. They are telling me to use thin magnets which I believe it will thicken the pants. So I am doing a test on my own. I don't want to cut corners on anything (I might have to do that for the boots). I believe I have settled everything else and they only need small adjustments. (I am still waiting for McCoy's medical bag prototype). Once the boots and the pants problems are resolved, I will have a final price for the uniforms. By then, I will ask for PM from those who are not buying the head sculpts from Chris.

Yes, Chris, where is he... I am beginning to worry...

BTW, I understand Traid is making some new nude bodies that does not have neck joints. I am thinking to use Traid body for my Kirk figure. The reason is because I want to make his green v-neck shirt. Any suggestion?
