For a suggestion on the boots. I like how the DC Direct Deluxe women figures boots look. They look like the proper material and style for Star Trek boots, particularly Supergirl and Black Canary. I can post some pics if it helps.

The Phaser looks perfect. The second pic is my choice also.

Here are some pictures of the boots. The shape is good; tight and pointed. They should fit other body types too. But it is a bit too shiny. If this going to be used, somehow we have to make them less shiny ourselves. Or they are good? Comments?

i think they look great!!! are they too shiny? i'm not sure, i don't remember how shiny they were from the original show. so, for the pants, are they being made to tuck into the boot?

Should the boots have zippers pulls though? Overall, looks great... but the hanging pull looks very distracting (same issue with the DCD figures)

I am following what they used in the movie. The bottom of the pants is like a skirt, not tug in. The hanging thing on the boots is just a test zipper to try on the boots. The final version won't have that. I think the boots give me the most trouble nights, soft material = shinny but great posting postion and fit many different body types, hard material = doesn't shine so much but limited posting position and does not fit most bodies (I know a lot of you out there want to use different body types). I will not call it a final until I have some more feed back for you guys.

Chris... where are you? I am heading toward the final version of the uniforms production... what about our 3 kings head sculpts?

Chris is not here right now...

The boots look great nanjin, as long as the zippers will be concealed by the pants I am okay with them. And I'd rather have some flexibility out of them than the stiff ones Sideshow uses.

I don't actually mind the zippers. The flared portion of the pants should conceal them well. I think the boots look great, they did look somewhat shiny on the show. The colorful shirts moved the attention of the eyes away from the shine of the boots. I think everything looks great so far. Keep up the good work nanjin, it's incites our interest while Chris is out of the picture.

Heads... HEads... HEAds... HEADs... HEADS...! ! !

Well... anyone wants HT caucasian bodies? I looked everywhere and they are super expensive in the Bay, say around $50 plus oversea shipping which equals to almost $60-65! There are still a few left in China selling at around RMB$300 = US$44 including local shipping to my friend at Shanghai. I can bring them back myself and ship to you with domestic mail around $11. Save a bit but not a whole lot. If interested, let me know. BTW, if someone knows someplace where I can get them cheaper, please let me know too.

HT bodies are damn too expensive! What other choices do we have? How about those from Dragon? Are they any good? Dragon loose body only cost RMB$65 = US$10. Huge difference!

nanjin, those boots look great. I remember there being some shine to the boots in the original series. I'd be fine with how they are as you showed them here. I think the phaser looks great too! Maybe Chris will post some pictures soon of the Star Trek trinity. Kirk, Spock and Bones.

You can still pre-order them from Sideshow for $30... and a few other shops.

The DML bodies are very good basic bodies.
They hold poses well and have decent articulation. Also, they're not as tall as SST or HT bodies.

Sweet! Thanks for the info, samueljd, I picked a few up.

Glad to help.:D These can be hard to get when they sell out and EBay sellers list them very high with a high cost of shipping.

Here are some pictures of the revised accessories. I believe they are up to scale now. Comments please, especially if you see something that needs to be adjusted. Thanks.

Because this production is so small, no one is willing to do the metal screen for the communicator. So I have to settle it with "screen" look pattern (Imagine if I can do a full scale production, everything will have more details). The phaser 1 n 2 are what I want. Individually detailed and can be attached together.
