Yesterday Finally received the ATAT Walker
which I have been hunting for almost 4 years.
Is really nice pc. Worth all the effort hunting.

Hi all. Really enjoying all your amazing helmets and other stuff. Just wanted to share my first 1:1 item. 
Was able to find one domestically and I am really happy with it. Might be hooked now on these kind of props, this thread is not healthy for me.
Thinking about adding other Star Wars 1:1 helmets and busts to my collection, maybe a Stormie. Do you guys have a tips for a new collector?

Congrats on that and Boba's not a bad way to start off as it was my first as well. A Stormie and the eFX ANH Vader and you're all set really. Great representation of the entire saga with those three.

Can't help myself but I have been searching for them already. My regular shop has the Vader 'bout a hundred and fifty below retail. Stop tempting me.
In your opinion, how much is the eFX Vader worth?

Thanks. Indeed I think it was a good collector price, that is why I had such good response from lots of members on forums. I'm not a scalper, with upgraded greeblies and such, it well worth the price and I could have asked even $450 or more easily.

It's definitely worth the $900 MSRP and if you can get it for $150 less than that, if say it's a definite no-brainer

Agreement on price has been made, €575 = about $750

In a way yes, it was a matter of discount over discount really.
Since January this particular shop has 10% on all items in the sale section. I know the owner also places stuff on Ebay so I can compare prices easily. I found a listing for the Vader helmet there so I wanted to see what the 'real' price was in the shop.
Seems he put the helmet on a reduced price, therefore the discount code should work. So I contacted the owner (I am kind of a regular) and he agreed with me.
So all in all a superb deal for me.
