If HT makes good on anything I think they were referring to in that FAQ, I'll toast them. AVP, Predator 2, or even an Alien Warror (because that one REALLY needs an update, if not for accuracy, than at least for durability). If we get one of those, we may get the others. Not sure how long it'll take, but if it ever happens I'm game. Hey, next year they said we might see something. That's sooner than I remembered the first time I saw that article. Stuff's happening.

I wish I did have a more definitive answer regarding this item for y'all but it being such a recent announcement, not much is known. I can confirm we will be selling it but it is unknown when exactly it will be available for Pre-Order. The best bet would be to keep an eye on our front page and newsletter for updates.

it still wouldn't cost as much as the HT figure and your sculpt is way better. excuses, excuses...

I do feel our P2 would be a better sculpt but HT paint at 13 inches and the nice materials will make for one fine 1/6th scale figure. I can see by this Shadow Predator that HT new P2 will put their old one to dust.
Our P2 needs the 19inch treatment only. Why have P1 at 19 inches and then have a smaller P2 at 13 inches. If it were up to me we'd do a lot of ours at 19inches and that would be great. If I know Randy he'll try to go to bat for the P2 so just wait and see. It's not like HT will rip anyone off when they make their P2. Within months the prices go through the roof and anybody that got the figure can sell it and be way ahead but hopefully if they're too much money for you maybe will can fill in the Predator need with our 80 dollar price tag. Wait and see what will happen. I'm not sure about the bio and we never thought that one was going to be the hot one out of the 3. I'd like to see us do the gort bio on P1 next. I think that would be way cool. For me as a Predator fan I'm very excited to see HT treating the Predators more like they do with lets say Batman. I'm hoping Alien and Aliens get the update and I have a feeling they will.

Wasn't the Guardian allotment last year like 500 per con? Or perhaps that was the number in theory, but the full US shipment was delayed so we never found out exactly how many there were? Either way, it doesn't look like it's happening this week (maybe not even this month, who knows?). When it does though, it'll be as hectic as we all both want it and dread it to be.

ugh, ok. i don't see either of us budging on this 14" vs 19" thing. you think bigger is better and HT should left to do their own thing. and i think you guys are too chicken____ to play in HT's backyard. so let's agree to disagree on that.

as for the P1, i kinda like the idea of making a Gort bio version. and i'd probably buy it. but i'd rather have a regular helmeted one with a corrected visor and light-up bio lasers. nearly every other 18" NECA figure i've had has some sort of electronic feature. and since we're already paying $80+ shipping on this one, you guys could throw in a little LED and a battery. maybe make a limited run/exclusive out of it. just a thought.

yeah it was something like that. and i remember the PPO being a nightmare. i wouldn't be surprised if their site has another server fart over this one too.

That's just because of the flippers seeing "Exclusive Predator" and thinking it's going to be the next AVP or P2 Elder when they scalp them. Like you said earlier prefused, only 1% of the people involved in that fiasco actually wanted one to keep.
