Dude, I mean I don't condone what he is doing but that is a little harsh. Especially when it is dealing with toys. But, I must admit, I did have this all play out in my head and it made me chuckle.

Thanks to people like him, a 200$ toy ends up costing more than 600$ in the market..____ing buyers, collectors, sellers, and even Hottoys (inflating the economic bubble and increassing the value of the toys in the market) The only person who wins, is this guy

Maybe you can consider yourself lucky because you'll get the figure for a "reasonable price" directly from sideshow,(and still, expensive) .. but collectors from Asia or other contries (from Europe like me ) will have to screw us.. because of rogue speculators like this guy

What bothers me the most is having to see his ____ing smiling face, and it seems to be laughing brazenly of everybody

Toys today.. but tomorrow it may things necessary to live


IMO These kind of practices should be punished by law .(I mean, on this "scale")...or good beating would also work :/

Really! It would be like me buying up as much stock as I could in McDonald's, and when I have enough to be the majority share holder tell the franchise "Big Macs will now cost $50 each, because they're in very high demand and people will pay the price, and I'm greedy". Then, when people are used to paying that price, if I let the franchise set the price again themselves, they would up it from say $5 to $15.

Like some of the know-it-all boneheads who buy just to flip/scalp figures "it's all about supply and demand". Yes, when the majority of the supply is bought up by scalpers, and they demand 3x what it's worth, then it's either pay the prices or you're SOL. And there's enough people with more money than brains to keep jag-offs like that in going.

I'd honestly like to see as many of us who want it to keep it, get it over the forum scalpers, but unfortunately it won't happen. For every 20 that sale that day, maybe 2-3 at the most will go to the true collectors, while others flip it to put extra money in their pockets, so they have more money to get other figures they want. And you'll see, you'll have the resident a-holes "yep, secured my 3. Can't wait to see how much I get on eBay for 'em. Woo-hoo!!!" while the ones who want it will post "I waited unsuccessfully for 25 minutes while the page loaded, just to be wait listed. All I wanted was one for a decent price to put with my collection. Guess I'll have to see if I can get one for a decent price on eBay". Then the a-holes who got multiple will be rubbing their slimy hands together as they chuckle with $$$$$$$ in their eyes, and posting stupid remarks like "every one of us had the same fair chance to get these. Now it's all about supply and demand. They're extra money they pay me will go towards the hobby, so what's the big deal? Just get over it already. You guys are beating a dead horse!"

I plan on trying my damnedest to get one, and my lovely wife, as well (what? She collects ) to hopefully get one. That way, if someone who tried unsuccessfully to get one runs into this crap, and I think they honestly want it to keep, then I'll hook a freak up with my wife's As long as I can keep at least one more out of the hands of those scum bags, and put into the hands of a fellow collector at retail, then I'd be happy

I think there's a pretty large group of people here that try to help out other collectors whenever we can. For example, I ended up with a second Thor and am selling it for retail to a friend here. I know I could probably hold him for awhile and make some money, but I don't need two Thors and would like this guy to be able to have one.
