The words to photos ratio of this thred is absolutely criminal. What, did only three people pick up this figure?
It will happen someday with the Predator..P1 Maquette was close.

Right, but I guess I thought there'd still be more.I could be wrong but I believe only a limited few were made available for purchase at a recent toy show and it's not had an official wide released yet.

Hey, maybe the few released were a rush job and the actual wide release will look better. One can hope

I'm fine with the way it is as it stands, but any paint improvement would be welcome.
It really is a gorgeous figure with the helmet on. Dare I say, HT's best so far. I'll admit to buying all of HT's attempts at the original Predators as they get closer and closer to perfection. Whichever figure ends up being their last (and therefore hopefully best) is the one I end up keeping.
I'm not looking for it to better resemble the original Predator, I just want a better representation of the paint apps shown in the prototype. The sculpt's fine, but the paint apps make it look like a bad knock-off of a Hot Toys figure. As far as this is not a P1 stuff I doubt it.
I mean the main issue is the head sculpt and they're not gonna make it better
I just went on the sideshow collectables website and I found this !!!

samurai pred 1 6 figure?
I'd say they're testing the waters to see just how much predator fanboys are willing to pay. Unless this is an extremely limited piece there's no reason it should cost double, and I saw nothing about it being limited. It's expensive because... maybe HT must paid licenses fee to Takeya himself and Fox for this has title "artist collection"?
For 360$ it's a quick pass for me. I'd rather buy Noland instead of this, thank you HT.
