No. They'll be the same apart from the skull accessory. The one that's different is the limited shoddy Tawain release.

I got this news from a Taiwanese Toy Forum. There is no mention of the helmet. Literal reading of the wordings only imply an exchange of the head only. The Helmet also has problem too? Anyway, the replacement is not an official news(I doubt if it ever will be official).
