Predators - 1/6th scale Classic Predator Collectible Figure

Just wanted to add a big thanks to Bakurenoh for setting me up with a Super Predator Skull.
Now all I need is for OSB to get the Classic in stock a little before Jan 10th so I can justify him as a birthday present for me.

Yes sir,since last weekend the special edition with the Super Pred skull.Those who PO'd during the Ani-Con HK last July will get them first.
I'll get mine this coming weekend.

I regrettably had to cancel this for now. I do want it, but with the holidays and all the other orders that have been fulfilled this month I just can't afford to buy it right now. Next month yes.

I just payed $275 on ebay yesterday for a classic predator in HK thats ready to ship . I know its dumb to pay extra, especially when I already have a pre-order, but I hate waiting 1-2 months to get Hot toys in the US especially HT predators.

The only thing I don't like about this figure is the way the paint looks like it stops 3/4s of the way down the head..everything else is now perfect.

I agree.

Still, it doesn't take away the awesomeness of this figure!

it's da one well painted and sculpted head, but it looks nothing like Classic or P1

I see P1 in there though, more so than the original HT P1. Amazing figure, with a little bit of love it can definitely be converted nicely

Nah all I can see is some kind of maked up abomination.

And P1 figure still have better sculpt accuracy wise

I think the new version's HS looks more like him, especially with the closed mandibles. Plus, if you thickened the darker bands/spots on the head paint it would be a lot closer.

In any case It's close enough for me. Way better than this:

I would agree its closer looking than the first release and the figure overall just has a better proportion and look.

I just parted out my P1; hoping to break even on keeping the bits I need to convert the Classic. Although I guess I need to steal back the pouch as well.

Apart from the quick changes I made, I dont see much difference. I think overall it looks great as a P1. Overall better than P1 IMO
