Well ebay is just one big receipt. It's a manufacturing fault not a retail one, like the DX 02 Bats. They actually did replace that for me.

Pretty sure it's just the ex. I've been charged and am waiting for it to ship. Bad business move if you ask me, but on who's end? Have they only got ex shipments in, or are they getting those all out to see how many are left in stock after they're gone? But, I don't own my own on-line collectible store, so that's just my opinion.
