when exactly is anywhere in the UK getting these in? im sick of crappy estimates now, was promised nov last year dec at the latest now im hearing earliest time will be sometime in feb, do we live on another planet or what ????

A European distribution center for Sideshow would be an idea. They'd get more business from outside the US that way.
Yeah plus that would mean no extortionate admin fee from Fed Ex or Parcelforce!

I wouldn't know tbh. Surely there's more demand now though. There's enough of us pumping money to the Asian dealers on ebay and paying large shipping costs.

the biggest pain in the ass has got to be the VAT & customs charges each time were having to resort to look outside the UK for what we want. Everytime ive got something from the US its guranteed there will be a hefty customs bill but stuff ive bought from china or japan i dont think ive ever paid customs? & to be honest none of it was marked as a gift. I often wonder what method they use to send stuff lol carrier pigeon

Im so going to be playing the Predator blu ray when I start unboxing this bad boy on Tues! I will be converting him to P1 as well.
I got my first figure from Japan via EMS post but still got stung with customs! The worst part is they use Parcelforce who charge £13.50 fee!

Me too. Honestly the bone trophies don't look right on him to me anyhow; the color seems to clash and the necklace looks too tight and too big, or something. The bone trophies were much more subtle in the film; the original Predator's trophies on Classic seem to stand out like a sore thumb. Seems like they should be much smaller and more white, maybe?

Yeah, Ive bought about 4 things from Japan(all Chucky dolls I think, and from different sellers) and yeah they use parcelforce which charged me over £90 customs fee for the life size Chucky and almost £40 for each 12 inch chucky!
Ive never had to pay customs when using a HK seller though because they always mark it as "gift". Thats why I always buy from either UK or HK now.
USA and JPN always stung me with customs.
yeah i noticed parcelforce had hiked there price up, I bought 2 guitars from the US last year both costing about $1000 & i remember parcelforce handling fee was £8 how the hell its jumped to £13.50 that quick is beyond me, They charge a fee for something there already paid to do in the 1st place pick the damn package up lol I think people are more than capable to ring the customs office & pay any duties owing so why do we need a courier to do this without asking???? & then have the cheek to ask for a handling fee

That's exactly what I thought numerous times looking at the pictures people are posting with the converted Classic. I'm also going to keep Classic as Classic (when I receive it). Also, I actually prefer P1 (I know I'm in a minority), and he's a more accurate P1 IMO. For me P1 is P1, Classic is Classic. But it's great that many people are enjoying to make a P1 out of Classic.
Yeah these fee's are such a pain in the butt!
Like NECA 7" Preds, on ebay the prices inc shipping from HK is twice what you pay in the UK but for items such as HT it works out better.
