Predators - 1/6th scale Classic Predator Collectible Figure

i think the problem with the lesser known actors in that movie & the characters there playing & what the have in the film would make it difficult for HT to make. because without the display base with there name & the predators logo on your average joe wouldnt have a clue who they are & the russian guy would just look like an ordinary military figure to the untrained eye. i mean you look at the royce figure & noland you know straight away who it is & the predators well they speak for themselves.

For the likes of us who know who these people are & actually want the figure i just dont think that would be enough for HT

I bought mine from Sideshow... and they're all made in China, so... must just be a bad apple.






If anyone else has experienced loose heads and isn't speaking up, let me know! It's hard to tell whether the figure itself is just looser than the others or defective.

I hope it is just a few isolated incidents too.

oh im up sh"t creek without a paddle with me ever getting classic anytime soon. I pre-ordered the SS DX sandtrooper early last year & now i dont want it lol & its coming in stock end of this month ive lost all interest in star wars for some reason & with just paying the balance off the upcoming tumbler i cant get the sandtrooper & the classic so im gonna have to see if the shop will let me change to the classic ?

nah it wasnt ordered from SS it was a shop over here, I dont think i'd ever order from SS i hate giving mr Cameron my hard earned cash for his stupid customs charges.

I'll drop him an email & ask to just transfer the money to the classic, its more expensive anyhow so he's making more dough out of it

It was around £150 shipped. So will cost around £190 after customs.

Yup the SS exclusive.
The mini Queen FH looks awesome too.
Only problem might be is that its a bit too small.

No one in UK had the exclusive. I didnt check for normal but now I feel like I should have!

i watched predators again last night & was just trying to see if theres anything else HT can do with the license after noland comes out, Pretty much all the other characters die eraly on or would be pretty crap as a figure as the dont have a distinctive costume or anything special about them. I suppose Isabelle would be deserving to get a figure made as she survived to the end & maybe Cuchillo just coz its danny trejo lol.

I personally think this may be the end of the line for predators license with the latest announcement of newer 1/6 & 1/4 & redone figures ?

Time for Berserker 2.0 - semi BD perhaps -

An accurate headsculpt would be killer, that's for sure. I know we'll probably never get a 100% perfect Predator likeness, but Tsang did a much better job on Classic than he did on Berserker. Now that they've got a new mandible system going, there's no excuse why Mr. Black shouldn't be all he can be.

I think thats the main thing holding HT back. Accurate sculpts.
If they never have that then they should not be increasing prices.

actually thinking about the human characters i wish HT had made Hanzo. other than royce he was the only person to take on on the preds & the fight scene with falconer was mint. lol the full body tattoo's he had would be interesting for HT to implement but damn it would have been a fine figure
